"Delivery guys were great"
My furniture delivery from Raymour & Flanigan was super easy. The guys gave me a call before they got here, showed up when they said they would, and were really nice the whole time.
They carried everything in carefully, put it right where I wanted it, and even took care of the packaging before they left. Just a really smooth experience all around, and the delivery crew was great to deal with.

I ordered a sofa online, i thought the site was easy to use overall. The filters made it simple to narrow things down without scrolling forever, which I appreciated. Checkout was quick too. A couple of pages were a little slow to load, and I did have to go back once to double-check the delivery info, but it wasn’t enough to really bother me. My read on it is that the site does the important stuff well, even if it could be a tiny bit smoother. I’d use it again

"Nice setup, just a little late"
I ordered a sofa and the assembly team did a really good job getting it all set up. They were friendly, knew what they were doing, and even cleaned up the boxes afterward, which I appreciated 😊. The delivery did run a bit late, but overall I’m happy with how everything turned out.

"Good price, but a little disappointing"
I found a couch I really liked for less than I thought I’d have to spend, and the delivery process was actually smooth. It still feels like a decent deal for the money, but I was a bit disappointed that it didn’t look quite as nice in person as I expected. Overall, not bad, just not as exciting as I’d hoped

I’m happy I added the protection plan. When I had to make a warranty claim, the whole process was way easier than I expected, and it got handled without much hassle at all. Definitley helped me out

I ordered a sofa and two end tables from Raymour & Flanigan, and I was a little surprised that everything showed as in stock for my area.
Checkout was really straightforward, and all the order details matched what I chose, including the colors and sizes. I didn’t get any weird substitution messages or a backorder notice after paying.
Delivery came with the right items and nothing was missing, so it was a simple experience overall. Has anyone else had the same thing happen where everything was actually in stock and showed up exactly right?

"Showed up exactly when promised"
My order from Raymour & Flanigan actually arrived right when they said it would, which sadly isn’t something you can always count on with deliveries. The guys called ahead, handled everything carefully, and didn’t drag things out. No excuses, no random delays, no “we’re running behind” situation. It was just a smooth delivery from start to finish...

"Exchange was easier than I thought"
So... I ended up having to exchange a chair because the color just looked totally different once I got it in my room. I was expecting the process to be a hassle, but it was actually simple. The staff at the store were helpful and helped me find a better option. It did take a few days to get the new delivery scheduled, which was a little frustrating, but in the end everything worked out. Overall, I had a good experience.

"I blame the sales guy for making it too easy"
I went in having no clue what I wanted, and I’ve got to blame the sales guy for how easy the whole thing ended up being. He was super patient, walked me through a few different options, answered all my questions, and didn’t try to shove the most expensive stuff at me. What I thought was going to be stressful was actually simple. I’d definitely shop there again.
